Organisations can obtain annual membership for individual employees, please enquire for details.

Alternatively, we can provide classes at the workplace which are tailored especially for the company’s needs. A programme will be developed using a combination of mat work, standing and /or chair based exercises as space permits.

Corporate class rates are based on an hourly fee and are not dependent on numbers attending.
